Digital Magazine · Dubai, UAE · Founded 2009
Savoir Flair is a digital women's high fashion, beauty, and culture magazine based in Dubai, UAE. It was founded in June 2009 by Haleh Nia, who launched the publication at just 24 years old, becoming the youngest Editor-in-Chief in the region — a title she continues to hold today as Publisher and Editor-in-Chief. Born entirely digital before social media existed, Savoir Flair became the Middle East's first online magazine, a decision that proved visionary as the industry transformed around it. Its founding mission was as simple as it was ambitious: to present international fashion within a regional context, and to showcase Middle Eastern talent on a global stage.
